  • Prepare contract, addendum, disclosures. Review fully executed with proper dates, initials, signatures, and the broker information is completed.

  • Introduction email to title, client, agents, lender.

  • Transaction communication with all parties - Co-op agent, Lender, Escrow/Lawyer

  • Schedule appointments (Home inspection, Termite, Final walkthrough, etc)

  • Track contract deadlines - Inspection, Appraisal, Deposit, Financing, Closing, etc.

  • Google/Zillow review request to client on agent's behalf
